Majidi Hospital opened in March 2026 on Massif Road, Erbil, inaugurated by the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region. Founded by Mr. Ahmed Qadir Al Majidi and part of Hewa Holding, it is one of the most advanced hospitals in the region.

Majidi Hospital was designed from the ground up as a modern general hospital: outpatient clinics, a 24-hour emergency department, surgery, intensive care, imaging, the laboratory and private patient rooms on one campus, so that a patient's journey never leaves the building.
Our consultants trained in Europe, North America and the Gulf and work across +20 specialist departments, supported by cardiac CT, open and closed MRI, a cardiac catheterisation lab, modern endoscopy suites and a laboratory that reports on site, around the clock.
The hospital was founded by Mr. Ahmed Qadir Al Majidi and is part of Hewa Holding, an Erbil group established in 1977, which brings the long-term commitment a hospital needs to keep investing in people and equipment.

Majidi Hospital carries the name of its founder, Mr. Ahmed Qadir Al Majidi, whose vision was a hospital in Erbil that the people of the Kurdistan Region would not need to travel abroad for: international standards, the best consultants and the technology to match, open to everyone.
Through Hewa Holding, in Erbil since 1977, the founder's commitment continues beyond the opening day, in the people the hospital recruits, the equipment it invests in and the promise in its tagline: a hope for everyone.
